Mon Paci offers apparel and accessories, including products fulfilled through Printful (print-on-demand) and dropshipped items. Each product is sourced and crafted with care to provide quality and style.
2. Order Fulfillment
- Print-on-Demand Apparel: Clothing items are made to order through Printful, with a processing time of 2–7 business days.
- Dropshipped Accessories: Accessories are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, and processing times may vary.
- Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled due to the made-to-order or dropshipping processes.
3. Shipping
- Delivery Times: Shipping times vary depending on the product type, location, and supplier. Most orders are delivered within 5–15 business days after fulfillment.
- Separate Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages due to different fulfillment sources.
- Tracking: Tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.
4. Returns and Exchanges
- Print-on-Demand Items: Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the defect to arrange a replacement or refund.
- Dropshipped Items: Returns for dropshipped products are handled case-by-case. Contact us with your concern, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
- Non-Refundable: Returns for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse are not accepted. Please refer to size guides and product descriptions before purchasing.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
- All payments are securely processed at checkout.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, and content associated with Mon Paci are the exclusive property of the brand. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mon Paci is not responsible for delays, customs fees, or lost packages once orders are handed to the shipping carrier. For dropshipped items, any issues arising during shipping will be addressed with the third-party supplier.
