At Mon Paci, we take great pride in providing high-quality, custom-designed apparel and accessories. Since many of our products are print-on-demand, our returns and exchanges policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores. Please carefully review our policy below to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.
1. General Returns & Exchanges Guidelines
Because most of our items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for items that are not defective or damaged unless they meet specific conditions.
However, we are committed to customer satisfaction, and we offer the following options for returns and exchanges:

Print Defects or Errors: If you receive an item with a printing mistake, defect, or an incorrect design, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Wrong Size/Style (Exchange): If you ordered the wrong size or style, we will offer you an exchange, but you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damaged Goods: If the item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Custom Prints (T-shirts, Hoodies, Jackets, Hats, etc.):
Since each print is made to order, we do not accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design unless it was an error on our part.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached for exchanges.
- Exchanges are possible for size or style changes, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Accessories (e.g., Bags, Jewelry, etc., via Dropshipping):
- If an accessory has a defect or arrives damaged, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Due to hygiene concerns, accessories such as earrings, hats, and similar items are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- For Returns Due to Defects or Our Error: We will cover the return shipping costs.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable duties or taxes for international orders.

- Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
