At Mon Paci, we take great pride in providing high-quality, custom-designed apparel and accessories. Since many of our products are print-on-demand, our returns and exchanges policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores. Please carefully review our policy below to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.
Because most of our items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for items that are not defective or damaged unless they meet specific conditions.
However, we are committed to customer satisfaction, and we offer the following options for returns and exchanges:
Print Defects or Errors: If you receive an item with a printing mistake, defect, or an incorrect design, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Wrong Size/Style (Exchange): If you ordered the wrong size or style, we will offer you an exchange, but you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Damaged Goods: If the item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Custom Prints (T-shirts, Hoodies, Jackets, Hats, etc.):
Since each print is made to order, we do not accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design unless it was an error on our part.

Shipping the Item Back: If your return or exchange is approved, send the item back to us in its original, unused condition (within 30 days of receiving the order). You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
