If your item is defective or damaged, or if there was a printing or design error, you are eligible for a return or exchange. However, since most of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference (e.g., wrong size or style) unless the item is unused and in original condition.

3. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will request photos of the damage or defect and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
